Years ago, an American customer ordered our Korean cooking table and also sourced additional items from Company A. Since all the goods were loaded together in the same container, we met Company A and had some discussions. Though our products are different, they work well together in sales. Company A proposed that we introduce our clients to them should they need A’s products in the future.

Last year, we accompanied a client to Company A to learn about one of their products. The entire meeting went smoothly, but when the client asked Company A’s owner to open the product and show the internal filter layer, we found that the product contained only one very thin filter layer and had poor sealing.
