MEDA BBQ CONCEPT supplies commercial equipment internationally on a quotation basis. Shipping is not calculated automatically on this website.
Quotation and destination
Available methods, Incoterms, origin port, freight charge, estimated production time and estimated transit time are confirmed for each quotation after product quantity, dimensions and destination are known.
Taxes, duties and import requirements
Unless a written quotation states otherwise, customers are responsible for destination customs clearance, duties, taxes, permits and local installation or certification requirements.
Timing
Production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Weather, carrier schedules, customs inspections, destination access and force majeure may affect delivery. We will communicate material known delays.
Inspection and damage
Inspect the shipment promptly, preserve packaging, note visible damage on the carrier record and contact us with photos, product details and shipping documents. Claim procedures and deadlines depend on the agreed shipping terms and carrier.
