These terms govern use of medabbqconcept.com and business inquiries submitted to MEDA BBQ CONCEPT. This website is a business-to-business product and quotation site; it does not provide automatic online checkout.

Website information

Product information is provided for general commercial evaluation. Dimensions, materials, colors, certifications, compatibility and availability must be confirmed in the written quotation, specification sheet or pro forma invoice before ordering.

Quotations and orders

An inquiry is not an accepted order. Prices, minimum quantities, production time, payment terms, Incoterms, shipping, taxes, duties, warranty and after-sales obligations are defined in the written quotation or contract accepted by both parties. Those documents control if they conflict with general website content.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate contact, specification, voltage, gas type, installation, destination and compliance requirements. Commercial cooking and ventilation equipment must be installed and operated by qualified persons in accordance with local law and manufacturer instructions.

Intellectual property

Website text, product images, drawings, trademarks and other content may not be copied or commercially reused without written permission, except where permitted by law.

Acceptable use
