BBQ Grill Plates
It is a lineup of Korean BBQ Grill Plates and Japanese Round BBQ Grill Racks.
Only one electric bbq griller with a heating tube suits all of them. Most other electric BBQ grillers only suit non-stick bbq plates with no holes in the middle. But all Charcoal and gas BBQ grillers can match all.

How to choose the best barbecue pan and barbecue grate?
1. Determine the theme of your restaurant. If it is a Korean barbecue, usually choose a non-stick grill pan. If it is a Japanese barbecue, the metal grill is closer to the Japanese style.
2. Then choose the griller: electric, charcoal, or gas type. The advantage of the electric griller is that it is safe to use and the table turnover rate is fast.
As we all know that charcoal-grilled food is more delicious.
And the advantage of the gas griller is that it is convenient and economical, and the food tastes good.
3. Fianlly, choose the suitable grill plates and racks. The heating block of the electric griller has a constant temperature effect, so a thicker grill pan is necessary, or the food is easy to burn.
For charcoal grilling, the temperature of the charcoal fire will not be very high at the beginning of grilling, but the temperature will be relatively high in the middle period, and then the temperature will drop later, so charcoal grilling does not need to use too thick a baking pan.
During the process of a gas barbecue, the fire source is relatively concentrated, so it is more effective to use a grill pan to heat the food evenly.
